Cauce Firme

Scope and terms

Clarity about the site and each engagement.

Cauce Firme

Cauce Firme is a firm focused on strategy, projects, and assets, based in Puerto Varas and serving Chile according to each engagement’s scope. The contracting entity, its identifying details, and commercial terms are specified in each proposal or contract.

Scope of an engagement

Purpose, deliverables, required information, exclusions, accountable parties, deadlines, fees, ownership of results, and confidentiality terms are defined solely through a proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.

Professional judgment

Cauce Firme helps you understand options, make a decision, and agree on how to proceed. When a matter requires a signature, license, certification, representation, or specialist opinion, we make this clear and involve the appropriately authorized professional, or expressly refer the matter elsewhere.

Working tools

We may use digital tools and automation to organize background information, compare perspectives, and prepare options. The people responsible review the work, and its use remains subject to the scope, confidentiality, and responsibilities agreed for each engagement.

Team and specialties

Cauce Firme brings together the team each engagement needs and agrees from the outset on who participates, what responsibility they assume, and where their work ends. Acting as legal counsel, representation in court, and other reserved activities are undertaken only when an authorized lawyer participates, sufficient authority has been granted, and the agreement expressly identifies the responsible professional.

Collaborations and references

External professionals are identified when they actually participate and have given authorization. Clients, cases, testimonials, affiliations, and results are published only with sources, verification, and permission.

Use of content

Cauce Firme’s texts, methodological structure, visual identity, and materials may not be presented as someone else’s work or reused commercially without authorization. General references may be cited with acknowledgment of their origin and without changing their meaning.
