Technical browsing information

Hosting, network, and security providers may process the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. Cauce Firme retains basic signals such as the page visited, language, interaction with a button or form, the channel or campaign indicated in the link, a general device category—mobile, tablet, or computer—and the date. Browsing analytics do not store marketing cookies, permanent identifiers, IP addresses, or data for behavioral advertising.

When you write to us

You can also write to cafe@caucefirme.com. We receive your email address and the content you choose to share to review your inquiry and arrange a conversation. Email is managed in the corporate mailbox.

If you use the form, Cauce Firme receives your name, reply email, organization if provided, topic or decision, brief context, language, source within the site, channel or campaign indicated in the link, general device category, and consent date. We use this information to review and respond to your request, determine whether a conversation could be useful, and maintain necessary traceability. To protect the channel, repeated submissions from the same email address may be rejected for a short interval. Do not send confidential information; if the conversation progresses, we will first agree on an appropriate channel and scope.

Self-awareness

The basic game and Entrepreneurial Presence work without registration. Your choices and PDF are prepared on your device. The basic game’s tab draft is saved only if you enable it. We do not use your responses, values, beliefs, or possible difficulties for advertising, commercial prioritization, or hiring decisions.

Responses are processed in your browser. You can download a PDF and a personal file to reopen them later; the basic draft is optional within the tab, and the extended draft is optional on your device, expiring after thirty days of inactivity. These files may include reflections and selected cultural perspectives. They are not linked to your contact registration or sent to the CRM. Avoid shared devices and review the contents before sharing.

Registration collects your name, stated email address, optional organization, purpose, and consent to manage enrollment and a transactional welcome message. It does not verify your email or create an account. There is no newsletter. Personal contact is arranged only when you request it. Duplicate registrations do not change your previous preferences; a new explicit request may generate one welcome message, with no subsequent campaigns. Delivery status is stored separately from your responses.

Remote workbooks from earlier editions are retained without being transferred into commercial records. You may request access to or deletion of them, as well as correction or deletion of your registration, at cafe@caucefirme.com; we will verify your identity before acting. Downloaded copies remain under your control. A welcome message accepted by the provider does not guarantee receipt in your inbox.

We review the need to retain records no later than twelve months, without promising automatic deletion. Hosting and identity providers process the data needed to operate and protect the service. Administrative access is restricted; personal results are not transferred to the commercial system or automatically attached to emails.

Information you should not send through open contact channels

Do not send contracts, drawings, credentials, sensitive personal data, health information, trade secrets, or confidential documents. If a conversation progresses, the parties will define purpose, access, channel, retention, controls, and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement.

Retention policy

Requests are retained for as long as necessary to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable obligations. We schedule a review of the need for retention when a conversation closes and no later than twelve months after the last activity. That date does not mean automatic deletion: if no active relationship or obligation justifies retaining the information, it is deleted or anonymized, with a record of the decision. Technical records are reduced when they are no longer needed to operate, protect, or understand the site’s functioning.
