Judgement and value
Frame the decision, compare options and make risks and necessary agreements visible.
Direction
Behind a business, a board or a family decision are people: their history, what matters to them and what they need to protect. We bring different perspectives together to support a decision you can recognise as your own.

Our roots

Cauce Firme brings together the perspectives of Vera, Mateo, Elena, Adrián, Tomás, Lucía, Sofía and Alfonso. We draw inspiration from what families, friendships, trades and communities teach: listening, sharing and caring.
There are quiet mentors, too. We sometimes call them teachers, even if they have never held that title. They can be anyone: someone sharing a craft, asking a timely question or teaching through a simple gesture. Some lessons travel across generations; others begin in a conversation.
Talcahuano and southern Chile inform this perspective. Their trades, sea, industry and countryside remind us that decisions affect resources, relationships and lives. We honour those roots through how we act: listening, keeping commitments and taking responsibility.
Shared direction
We connect strategy, value, evidence, execution, relationships and territory. We compare perspectives before recommending a course and agree who participates, what they can contribute and what they are responsible for.
Frame the decision, compare options and make risks and necessary agreements visible.
Understand operations, available capabilities and the consequences for people in each place.
Listen, make complexity understandable and take care in how a decision is explained and put into practice.
Direction at Cauce Firme is built as a team. For each engagement, we agree who participates, what they contribute, what they are responsible for and how we support progress. Responsibility takes the form of clear commitments and follow-through.
We understand leadership as making room for the team: listening to ideas, recognising contributions and letting other voices take the stage. There is room for a good question, and for laughing at ourselves.
Meet the teamRoom for the person deciding
A decision may coexist with fear, fatigue, painful experiences or anxiety carried for years. Sometimes the pace leaves little room to listen to ourselves or offer ourselves the understanding we give others.
We seek to understand what is at stake, respect what you choose to share and make room for your priorities, boundaries and voice. Asking for help, waiting or taking a smaller step may also be a sound decision.
We support decisions. Mental health care belongs with health professionals.
